3.1 Nature of Service: Our platform provides an AI-powered assistant (“GFX AI“) to facilitate product discovery. You acknowledge that GFX AI is an automated system, not a human representative, and its responses are generated by machine learning algorithms.
3.2 Non-Binding Advice & Accuracy: GFX AI provides recommendations based on available data. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of these suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing full product specifications, verifying compatibility, and confirming all details at the final checkout stage.
3.3 Pricing and Availability: While the AI strives for accuracy, real-time prices may fluctuate. In the event of a discrepancy, the price and availability shown at the final checkout stage shall prevail.
3.4 Conversational Commerce Consent: By interacting with GFX AI, you agree that your inputs may influence personalized recommendations. An "intent to purchase" expressed in conversation does not constitute a binding contract until formal checkout confirmation.
3.5 Prohibited Use & AI Misuse: You agree not to use abusive language, attempt "prompt injection," "jailbreaking," or reverse engineer GFX AI logic. The AI is not authorized to provide technical, medical, or professional advice.
3.6 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, GEARS OF FUTURE (GFX AI) shall not be liable for any indirect damages, technical errors, or "hallucinations" (incorrect AI outputs). Our liability is limited to the value of the specific transaction in question.

If a product offered is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition per our Return Policy.
