Return & Refund Policy

At GFX, we stand behind the quality of the advanced technology we offer. Our return policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and consistent with Google Merchant Center standards.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all original seals intact, and in its original packaging. All accessories, manuals, and free gifts must be included.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a Free Prepaid Return Label and offer a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.

3. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our Bengaluru facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
