How To Order

Sign In

You need a GFX account to shop. Sign in with your mobile number and the one-time code (OTP) we send to it. If you are new to GFX, this also creates your account. Your cart, saved addresses, wishlist and orders stay with your account.

Find Your Product

Browse by category, search, or ask GFX AI what you need. On a product page, choose a variant and check who sells it ("Sold by") and what other sellers charge. Enter your pincode to see when it can reach you.

Two Ways to Buy

• Buy now: Checks out this one product on a single screen with your default address, a delivery speed and the total. Then you pay.
• Add to cart: Collect items, from one seller or several, and check them out together from your cart.

Checkout Steps

1. Address: Choose a saved address, or add a new one and pin it on the map. Billing can use the same address, or a different one, with your company name and GSTIN if you need a GST invoice.
2. Delivery: Items are grouped by seller. Choose Standard, Next-day or Same-day for each item where offered, with the delivery date and charge shown for each. See Shipping Info.
3. Review: Check your items, delivery and the total payable. Prices and stock are checked again here. If anything changed since you added it, we tell you before you pay.
4. Pay: "Pay ₹X" takes you to our secure payment partner, PayU, to pay by card, UPI, net banking or wallet. See Payment Methods.

Your Items Are Held for 30 Minutes

When you click Pay, your order is placed and its items are set aside for you for 30 minutes while you complete the payment.

• If a payment fails or you leave the payment page, you can try again with Complete payment in My Orders, until the 30 minutes are up.
• If the order is still unpaid near the end, we email you a reminder.
• After 30 minutes an unpaid order expires and its items go back on sale. Nothing is charged. If a payment you made reaches us late, we still confirm the order, or, if the items have sold out in the meantime, refund you in full.

After You Pay

You'll see your order confirmation straight away, and the order appears in My Orders. Each seller then prepares and ships their items. You can cancel an item until its seller packs it, and the refund goes back to the way you paid. Follow your order on Track Your Order.
