Who Ships Your Order

GFX is a marketplace. Each product is sold and shipped by the seller named under its price ("Sold by"), from that seller's own location, through GFX's delivery partners. If your order has items from more than one seller, each seller ships their items separately, so the order can arrive in more than one delivery. Checkout shows how many deliveries to expect.

Delivery Speeds

Enter your pincode on a product page to see which speeds can reach you and by when. At checkout you choose a speed for each item. If a same-day promise runs out while you are paying, we ask you to pick next-day or standard instead and never move your order to a slower speed without asking.

Delivery Charges

• Delivery is charged per seller and per speed, based on the parcel and the distance it travels.
• Many sellers offer free delivery when your items from them are above a set amount. If you qualify, checkout shows the delivery as Free.
• Every charge is shown on the Review step, and the amount on the Pay button is exactly what you are charged.

Where We Deliver

We deliver to serviceable pincodes across India. When you add a new address at checkout, you pin it on the map, so the courier can find you. If an item can't be delivered to the address you choose, checkout tells you before you pay. You can then remove that item or choose another address.

Dispatch and Tracking

After your payment is confirmed, the seller prepares and packs your items and hands them to the courier. We notify you when each package ships and when it is delivered, and you can follow every step from My Orders.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If a package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive by its expected date, contact us with your order number, and photos if it is damaged. See our Return & Refund Policy for what happens next.
